Job Title: MDG Consultant (Latin America)

Location: Anywhere in Latin America

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MDG (Master Data Governance) Consultant to join our team, supporting projects across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP MDG solutions and a background in the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector, enabling them to understand and address industry-specific data governance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain SAP MDG solutions to meet business needs.
Lead master data management initiatives for materials, customers, vendors, and product hierarchies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for data governance and workflow automation.
Provide user training, support, and documentation for MDG processes.
Ensure alignment of master data governance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SAP MDG Consultant in implementation and support projects.
Strong understanding of master data objects, data models, workflows, and governance processes.
Background in FMCG or Food & Beverage industry highly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment across time zones in Latin America.
Proficiency in English and/or Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements for master data governance.
