A global organization is seeking an Internal Controls Senior Analyst to join its Governance and Internal Controls team. This role offers the opportunity to lead JSOX compliance initiatives, partner with business leaders across multiple functions, and drive process improvement within a complex international organization.

About the Role

Reporting into leadership within Governance and Internal Controls, this position will play a key role in control design, testing, audit coordination, risk identification, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also provides the opportunity to mentor a junior team member and gain exposure to senior leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal control testing, monitoring, and documentation efforts
• Support JSOX compliance and audit activities
• Identify control gaps, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Risk Management, and IT teams
• Assist with remediation efforts and governance initiatives
• Support automation and continuous control monitoring projects

Compensation & Benefits

• $78,000 - $88,000 base salary
• 12% target bonus
• Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 4-8+ years of audit, internal controls, risk management, or compliance experience
• Public accounting experience highly preferred
• CPA, CIA, or similar certification preferred
• SOX, JSOX, COSO, or internal audit experience preferred
