RF Design Engineer

Job Title
Design RF power amplifiers, switches and low noise amplifiers using GaN or GaAs technology. Measure the IC's in the lab and develop application board
Job Requirements
- MS/Ph.D. in RF design or significant coursework in RF at the undergraduate level
- Must know how to use ADS
- Significant laboratory experience with VNA, Spectrum Analyzer and other lab equipments
- Must know how to use Smith chart
Newly qualified engineers will be considered for the above position with exceptional academic record and relevant university laboratory experience.
