ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Sales Insurance Representative for Mark Kotary State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Increase sales of Auto, Home, & Life Insurance products.
• Meet monthly production goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Property & Casualty License
• Life, Accident, & Health License

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
