Services will include Individual Skills Development and Enhancement, Medication Management, and Wellness Management services. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting individuals with mental health.Key Responsibilities:Provide therapeutic services to individuals and or familiesConduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for all age groupsMaintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulationsEngage in ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practicesCollaborate with clients to create goal?focused, individualized service plansDeliver services in a variety of settings, which may include office, community, or client?preferred locationsWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and community partnersQualifications:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldEligibility for a WI "in training" license (APSW or LPC) or holds a full licensure in LPC or LCSWExperience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planningUnderstanding of confidentiality and HIPAA requirementsAbility to work independently and engage in ethical and decision-making processValid driver's licenseBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office)Schedule:Hours vary based on program/client needs.Every other weekend and rotating holidays required.Hours may increase during holiday breaks and summer months.Hourly Pay:$22.00/hrReady to Make an Impact?
