Responsibilities

This is a relationship-driven sales position. Our goal isn't to simply make a sale and move on. We want our clients to have someone they can call with questions, changes, or new needs down the road. You'll build and manage your own client accounts while continuing to develop new relationships.

A typical day will include speaking with prospective clients, conducting scheduled appointments, reviewing available options, following up with clients, completing applications and account updates, and checking in with existing clients to make sure their needs haven't changed.

Requirements

You do not need previous industry experience. We provide training and work with you as you learn the business. What we are looking for is someone who communicates well, is comfortable talking with people, has a strong work ethic, and isn't afraid of a performance-driven environment.
