Enterprise Project Manager

Hansen Talent Group is hiring an Enterprise Project Manager to provide transformational leadership and organizational stabilization for a large, complex technology organization.

This role is ideal for an experienced technology executive with a strong background in organizational transformation, culture change, and operational leadership who can quickly assess challenges, establish accountability, and position the organization for long-term success.

What You'll Do

• Provide executive leadership across departmental IT operations, teams, and resources
• Lead organizational restructuring, culture transformation, and operational improvement initiatives
• Evaluate organizational structure, staffing, leadership effectiveness, and service delivery
• Establish clear performance expectations, accountability, and operational standards
• Address performance and employee relations issues in partnership with Human Resources
• Restructure reporting relationships, staffing models, and responsibilities as needed
• Improve governance, communication, decision-making, and collaboration across the organization
• Manage departmental priorities, budgets, resources, and performance metrics
• Partner with university leadership and key stakeholders to improve IT service delivery
• Maintain continuity of critical IT services throughout the transformation
• Develop strategic recommendations, succession plans, and transition documentation for permanent leadership

What You'll Need

Executive-level technology leadership

Experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives

Experience restructuring organizations and driving significant culture change

Experience leading large, complex technology organizations

Strong personnel leadership, coaching, and performance management experience

Proven ability to make difficult organizational and resource decisions

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing budgets, operational priorities, and organizational performance

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
