As a Growth Marketing Manager , you’ll turn our marketing priorities into measurable growth. You’ll work directly with our co-founder and CRO, and closely with Sales, Product, and the existing Marketing team to decide what matters, coordinate initiatives across the team, own paid acquisition and organic growth, and take the lead on new growth opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working across paid, SEO, AEO, product marketing, and content - bringing people together, driving execution, and measuring what works. This role has a clear path to Head of Marketing. You will: Drive Marketing Growth - Turn quarterly priorities into clear plans, make tradeoffs, and drive execution across the Marketing team. - Identify and test new growth opportunities across channels. - Track performance and use data to prioritize what to scale, improve, or stop. - Own targets for inbound demand: demo requests, inbound pipeline, and conversion from visitor to demo to qualified opportunity. Own Paid, SEO & AEO - Own paid acquisition end-to-end, including channel strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, CAC, and payback. - Develop and execute an SEO strategy across content, technical SEO, and measuring traffic that converts.

- Build our AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy so Amplemarket is cited and recommended in ChatGPT and other AI answer engines. Lead Product Marketing - Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for product launches in partnership with Product and Sales. Guide Content - Set briefs and direction for content based on business and growth priorities. - Partner with the Content team to ensure output is relevant, high-quality, and aligned with our goals. Drive Cross-Functional Execution - Coordinate with Sales, Product, Content, Design, Events, and Engineering to keep initiatives moving. - Build strong working relationships and drive progress through influence rather than formal authority. - Coordinate with sales enablement to effectively position new products, messaging, and materials in live deals. About you: - 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Demand Generation, ideally in B2B SaaS. - Experience marketing to Sales and Revenue leaders. - Proven experience owning paid acquisition and SEO; AEO experience is a plus. - Strong product marketing and sales enablement experience. - Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams without formal management authority. - Hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple areas of marketing, using AI and automation to improve execution. - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
