- Assist with day-to-day office operations and workflow management
- Help lead, train, and support staff to maintain a positive and efficient workplace culture
- Manage backend administrative responsibilities including scheduling, reports, inventory oversight, and office coordination
- Ensure exceptional patient experiences from check-in to eyewear delivery
- Support communication between providers, optical staff, and front office team
- Help maintain high standards in both patient care and presentation
- Previous optometry or ophthalmology office experience required
- Previous managerial or leadership experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Experience with optical sales, insurance, frame/lens knowledge, and lens edging preferred
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Edging experience preferred
