Join the Hospitalist Team in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, as a Daytime Physician with Texas Health Cleburne. This role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive care within a supportive and collaborative community environment. Candidates will work alongside a well-established team of dedicated professionals while enjoying a balanced lifestyle in the vibrant Fort Worth area. Practice Info Well-established team of 4 physicians, 2-night APP's, with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator at Texas Health Hughley 137-bed hospital EMR is EPIC Responsibilities Provide care to an average of 18 patients per day at our 137-bed hospital There will be an APP covering the nights No Procedures Compensation Day Shift rate is $1,475 at $91.25 shifts and $1,725 at $91.25 shifts (when on call) Night calls are $250/night All-in base is around $312,000 Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus Benefits Full benefits, including CME allowance Shift & Schedule 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule You will rotate through night calls with the other doctor and are not required to go in Qualifications Board certification/eligibility in internal medicine is preferred, or family medicine with 3+ years of Hospitalist experience as well Now accepting 2027 graduates for this position Authorized to work in the United States
