Physical Therapist Outpatient Ortho

Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics Location: UCHealth Printers Park Medical Plaza, Colorado Springs, CO Work Schedule Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days. Onsite only; no hybrid or remote option. Compensation $41.43 – $62.15 per hour, based on relevant experience. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred) Colorado State licensure as a Physical Therapist Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification; CPR Professional Rescuer card valid for at least 60 days from hire No prior experience required; orthopedic and pelvic experience preferred Responsibilities Assess and Diagnose: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions. Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, using a variety of therapeutic techniques. Educate and instruct Patients: Provide education to patients and their families to empower recovery and promote long‑term well‑being. Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care, including imaging and radiologic procedures (as needed). Value multidisciplinary teamwork to achieve exceptional outcomes.
