Support, mentor, and inspire our sales professionals to reach their personal and collective goals. Create and execute local outreach strategies to expand our reach in the Carroll County area. Ensure all business practices comply with state regulations and company quality standards. Foster a collaborative office environment where people feel motivated to show up as their best selves every day. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency. Requirements Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license. Proven track record of managing insurance sales teams or similar business units. Deep understanding of the Maryland insurance landscape and local market dynamics. Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales talent. Effective ability to communicate complex insurance products to diverse audiences.
