Senior Federal Contracts & Compliance Manager

Equiliem

Equiliem is seeking an experienced Federal Contracts Administrator to draft, negotiate, and manage federal prime contracts and subcontracts through closeout. You will coordinate with federal customers, COs, and internal teams while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance. The role requires 7–10 years in federal contract administration, a related bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation and regulatory interpretation skills.
