The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience from the very first interaction. This is a Full‑Time position based in Tampa, Florida, United States. Salary: $60,320 - $79,040 USD per annum Responsibilities Responding to all client and vendor enquiries via email in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Providing detailed and accurate information regarding our wedding planning services, packages, and availability. Managing and organising the main support inbox, effectively prioritising enquiries and escalating complex issues to the appropriate wedding planner. Assisting with the scheduling of initial consultations and follow‑up appointments between clients and our planning team. Maintaining precise and up‑to‑date records of all client communications within our company database. Troubleshooting and resolving client concerns with empathy and a solutions‑focused approach. Collaborating closely with the event coordination team to ensure a seamless and consistent client journey. Drafting and sending routine correspondence, confirmations, and follow‑up communications. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer support, client services, or administrative role with a strong emphasis on written communication. Exceptional command of the English language, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A high degree of empathy and patience, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service. Proficiency in using email management platforms, CRM software, and the Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. A professional, positive, and friendly demeanour.
