Adjunct Instructor, Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Graduate Program)

Job Details: Job Location: Palm Beach Atlantic University - West Palm Beach - West Palm Beach, FL 33401, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: Doctoral, Salary Range: $850.00 - $1,825.00 Salary, The School of Nursing invites applications for Graduate Nursing Program: Hybrid Adjunct Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. The successful candidate will be able to teach Nursing courses level studies at the Masters and Doctoral levels. The position requires a strong commitment to the Christian faith, as well as excellence in teaching, scholarly research, and service.
The School of Nursing offers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programs, features state-of-the-art lab resources and offers students a holistic approach to the nursing profession. STATUS

EDUCATION
Doctorate degree in Nursing required, or equivalent experience.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Certification, required.
Qualifications:
- DNP or PhD degree in Nursing with a Concentration in Nursing.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Demonstrated expertise in the discipline of Nursing.
- Prior collegiate-level teaching experience, preferred.
- Commitment to teaching excellence and service to the college, university, and community.
- Demonstrated Christian commitment and the ability to integrate faith into coursework.
POSITION DETAILS
The position is an Adjunct position, with a teaching load of varied courses per semester.
