Regional Business Office Manager

Regional Business Office Manager – South Arkansas Nightingale Nursing & Rehab Centers is seeking an experienced, highly organized Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to support multiple facilities across South Arkansas . This leadership role oversees business office operations, billing accuracy, Medicaid/Medicare processes, and financial workflow across assigned Nightingale communities. Key Responsibilities: Provide regional oversight and support to Business Office Managers across multiple facilities Ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and reimbursement processes Monitor Medicaid/Medicare applications, eligibility, and follow-up Review resident trust accounts, admissions paperwork, and financial documentation Train, mentor, and support facility-level business office staff Conduct audits to ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate standards Collaborate closely with Administrators and regional leadership Assist with onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR-related office functions Travel regularly to facilities within the South Arkansas region Qualifications: Healthcare business office experience required Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing, insurance verification, and collections Ability to manage multiple facilities and prioritize effectively Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable with regional travel Schedule & Region: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Covers Nightingale communities across South Arkansas Why Join Nightingale: Supportive regional leadership Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization Competitive compensation Meaningful work supporting residents, families, and facility teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Nightingale
