Spa Artisan (Massage Therapist)LIVunLtd is seeking a reliable Spa Artisan (Massage Therapist) to join our growing team! As the Spa Artisan your responsibilities will include delivering excellence in quality Spa services to guests and visitors in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. The Spa Artisan will escort clients to and from treatment rooms and attend to any immediate needs throughout the Spa visit.Essential ResponsibilitiesTalk with clients about symptoms, medical history, and desired resultsEvaluate clients to locate painful or tense areas of the bodyManipulate muscles or other soft tissues of the bodyProvide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and how to improve their postureDocument client's condition and progressProvide a high level of customer service to guests.Wear corporate / building approved uniform for each specific LIVunLtd location where you are working.Adhere and adapt to all current and new LIVunLtd policies, procedures and initiatives.Perform other additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location / building and upon the request of your manager.Skills And QualificationsPrevious spa experience is preferred.Have a valid license or certificationMust be able to stand for prolonged periods of timeShould be able to solve problems independently and be able to work efficiently without constant supervision.Must have superior customer service skills, be enthusiastic and have a high level of attention to detail.BenefitsGrowth opportunitiesA fun, friendly, professional working environmentCompetitive compensation within industry standardsCompensationThe Spa Artisan position with LIVunLtd pays minimum wage in accordance with state minimum wage laws, and per diem at a 35% of service charge.LIVunLtd is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees, vendors, and clients.
