[Required] + Knowledge of electronic medical record. [Required] + Knowledge of nursing skills in the performance of duties in compliance with the legal and ethical parameters established and based on the level of education and certification attained by the employee. [Required] + Knowledge of basic to intermediate application of Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as internet software. [Required] + Ability to read and interpret documents such as physician orders, plan of care documents, policies and procedures, and other instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. [Required] + Ability to follow standard precaution guidelines for infection control, including when providing patient care. [Required] + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with prioritization of their importance. [Required] + Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills. [Required] + Demonstrates effective organizational and customer service skills. [Required] + Ability to work and communicate with people of all social, economic, and cultural backgrounds; be flexible, open-minded, and adaptable to change.
