Plays a key role in the dissemination of information between internal and external customers.What you will doResponsible for providing leadership and direction for the essential functions of customer service.Coordinates and communicates with all technical support areas of CRANDIC to ensure efficient and accurate information.Responsible for interface with internal and external customers.Performs all other duties as assigned.Education RequirementsHigh School DiplomaPreferred ExperiencePrevious dispatch and/or customer service experienceKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrated proficiency using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office products.Previous background working shift positions including nights, weekends and holidays.Demonstrated experience managing and interfacing with internal and external customers.Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
