To know more please visit: Position Overview We are seeking two Network Deployment & Implementation Engineers to support enterprise network infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migration activities. These roles are responsible for hands‑on installation, configuration support, migration execution, validation testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with fiber optic and copper cabling installations, rack and stack deployments, patch panel installations, cable management, and infrastructure buildouts. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to industry standards and the ability to work efficiently in fast‑paced data center environments. Required Qualifications 6+ years of enterprise network field engineering or deployment experience. CCNA certification required. Experience with Cisco Catalyst switching environments. Experience in data center cabling and structured cabling environments. Hands‑on experience with fiber optic and copper cable installation and termination. Knowledge of CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic cabling standards. Experience with rack and stack deployments. Proficiency in patch panel installation and cable management. Familiarity with Cisco IOS‑XE and switching fundamentals. Ability to read and interpret cabling diagrams, rack layouts, and technical drawings. Experience supporting network migrations and infrastructure upgrades. Ability to perform network validation and troubleshooting. Ability to interpret network diagrams and port mappings. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Data center deployment or infrastructure build experience. BICSI certification or equivalent structured cabling certification. Fiber optic termination and splicing experience. Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG). Experience with NetBox, DCIM, or IPAM systems. Fiber termination and troubleshooting experience. Key Responsibilities Network Assessment & Infrastructure Discovery Perform site surveys of IDF/MDF rooms and network infrastructure environments. Document rack layouts, elevations, power availability, and equipment inventory. Capture asset data including serial numbers, device models, and port mappings. Support cable tracing, validation, and infrastructure discovery activities. Rack, stack, cable, and install network equipment in enterprise environments. Install switches, optics, power supplies, stacking cables, and related hardware. Perform structured cabling, patching, and physical network installations. Label equipment and cabling according to standards. Verify rack readiness, power availability, and equipment placement. Migration & Cutover Support Execute network migration and cutover activities under technical direction. Perform patch cable migrations and infrastructure transitions. Assist with rollback preparation and contingency execution. Network Validation & Testing Confirm physical and logical network readiness post‑deployment. Assist in troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues. Maintain accurate deployment logs, asset inventories, and port mappings. Capture implementation data including serial numbers, device details, and rack layouts. Support creation of as‑built documentation and network records.
