The role requires an ability to generate ideas, create designs and research-based artifacts. You will be counted on to contribute to find moments to harmonize and improve design systems. In this position, you will present and defend solutions, using research, data and intuition. Your communication skills are as refined as your design skills. You know how to blend your place on a team, with autonomous ownership.
