Collaborates with healthcare professionals to promote overall health, support rehabilitation, and enhance recovery through exercise and wellness initiatives. In addition to providing personal training, this role also includes customer service responsibilities for the facility.QualificationsEssential Functions:Conduct initial fitness assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations.Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand patient medical histories and rehabilitation needs.Design individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs based on assessment results and patient goals.Modify programs as needed to accommodate changes in patients' conditions or progress.Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.Provide ongoing support, motivation, and encouragement to patients throughout their fitness journey.Education:HS Diploma or GEDBachelor's degree in health field preferredCan this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
