Position: Head Chef | Kitchen Manager (Confidential)
Plymouth, MA | $75,000 – $90,000
Concept: Casual Full Service
A leading hospitality group in Plymouth, MA is seeking an experienced, hands-on Head Chef to join their culinary leadership team at one of the region's premier restaurant destinations. This is a working chef role built for a culinary professional who leads from within the kitchen. The Role
As Head Chef, you will take an active, hands-on role in daily kitchen operations while guiding a skilled culinary team to deliver extraordinary dining experiences. Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Uphold the highest standards of food quality, execution, and presentation across all kitchen functions
Team Leadership: Train, develop, and schedule kitchen staff to cultivate a positive, high-performance work environment
Inventory Management: Oversee food ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships to ensure consistency and cost efficiency
Staff Development: Foster professional growth and sustain team morale through mentorship and clear communication
Requirements
3+ years of Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a high-volume environment
Willingness and ability to work hands-on in the kitchen alongside your team
A proven track record of operational success and team leadership
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example
A commitment to trust, integrity, and a genuine passion for the guest experience
Self-motivated, highly organized, and effective under pressure
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $75,000 to $90,000, plus bonus
