Position Overview We are hiring an RN for Labor & Delivery (Night Shift 7p–7a) in a 10-bed LDRP unit with a Level II Special Care Nursery . This role includes hands‑on care across active labor, postpartum couplet care, nursery, and OB post-ops . Unit Highlights 10 Beds LDRP Level II Special Care Nursery Active Labor: 1:1 Cross‑training across: Postpartum, Nursery, OB Post‑Op Float requirements: MS4, ICU, ER, Skilled Nursing Schedule & Requirements Shift: 12‑hour Nights (7p–7a) Weekends: Every other Holidays: Every other Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS Fetal Monitoring (can be completed within 6 months of hire) Compensation BSN RN: $29.25/hr base Additional pay based on experience Relocation Bonus up to $2,500 (with receipts) Additional Notes Jewelry and visible piercings (other than small ear piercings/nose studs) are not permitted during duty. Strong team environment with supportive leadership and training.
