• Contract Duration: 14 months (extension possible)
• Pay Rate: $80.00-$100.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday-Friday, core business hours; overtime as needed
• Travel Requirements: Limited within the U.S. (TBC)

Job Summary

The Senior Product Group Manager oversees, leads, and provides strategic direction to a team of product management professionals in developing and implementing the Bank's products, services, programs, and projects - including features, benefits, and characteristics that meet customer needs. The Senior Product Group Manager is responsible for formulating strategy, policy, and overall direction of the identified product or suite of products portfolio. This role is accountable for building a strong talent pipeline within the team.

This candidate will lead an Agile Pod consisting of Business and Technical resources. They will be responsible for the agile delivery of prioritized, committed content ensuring the Pod remains on track. Ongoing engagement with their Leadership Team is required, and prompt escalation of risks and blockers are expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of the overall team, providing both leadership and guidance
• Set targets and objectives for the team, and deliver results
• Lead a high-performing team; provide on-going feedback and performance reviews, coach and develop employees, and ensure performance management activities are undertaken and completed for all employees
• Support an environment where the team freely escalates business challenges; facilitate change through positive reinforcement of milestones and successes
• Oversee and lead a highly complex and diverse product function for an area of significant complexity or scope while growing talent, developing skills and capabilities to achieve career goals, support project/initiative success, and achieve business results

Required Skills

• Product Owner experience (5 years)
• Salesforce nCino experience (5 years)
• Agile POD management experience (5 years)
• Strong communication skills

Required Experience

• 10 years of overall experience
• Experience as a Product Owner within an Agile delivery environment
• Ideally, commercial banking experience within an Agile delivery environment

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
