Position: Operations Specialist (Payment Control Operations Team)

Location: Plano, TX

Assignment: 8/31/2026- 8/30/2027

Pay Range: $22.29 hourly, paid weekly.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm

Fully Onsite : Please note that this role is required 5 days in office

About the Role

The Syndicated and Corporate Lending Group is looking for an Operations Analyst to join their Payment Control Operations Team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of various issues identified within a business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting and administering defined procedures
• routine analytics
• creating reports
• completing exception processing
• coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions
• may assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services
• provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes

Required Qualifications

• Previous banking experience.
• Experience reviewing credit agreements or legal loan documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Manager Notes

The candidate needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, organized, and able to work through large volumes, when needed.

Required Skills

1. Fundamental understanding of Microsoft office applications
2. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
3. Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities and make recommendations for solutions to improve the business
4. Ability to problem solve and resolve complex issues in a timely manner
5. Ability to multi-task

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
