Consumer Financial Services Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their Consumer Financial Services Practice Group in San Francisco, CA. This position offers flexibility for remote, hybrid, or in-person work arrangements. Duties Manage all aspects of case files from inception through resolution. Handle court appearances and depositions regularly. Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and appeals. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Conduct thorough case assignments and assist with legal strategies. Requirements 3+ years of litigation experience. Experience in financial services, regulatory defense, or related areas. Federal and state court experience. Background in defense-side consumer financial services litigation preferred. Experience developing case strategy and taking/defending depositions. Education JD degree with excellent academic credentials. Certifications Current Bar Admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction; multiple bar admissions a plus.
