Director of Emergency Services (RN) Full time-Sign on Bonus-Relocation Assistance

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement best practices in emergency care.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure continuous quality improvement initiatives are in place to enhance patient outcomes.
- Engage with the community to promote health education and awareness.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred. 2 to 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a supervisory nursing position. Experience in Emergency Services.
- Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities; able to work under stressful situations; and possesses good oral and written communication skills.
- Certifications: Current certification in BLS, ACLS, CALS with Trauma Module, and ENA certifications.
