Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement best practices in emergency care.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure continuous quality improvement initiatives are in place to enhance patient outcomes.
• Engage with the community to promote health education and awareness.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred. 2 to 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a supervisory nursing position. Experience in Emergency Services.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities; able to work under stressful situations; and possesses good oral and written communication skills.
• Certifications: Current certification in BLS, ACLS, CALS with Trauma Module, and ENA certifications.
