Xpressdocs is seeking an Account Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day transaction work that keeps the books accurate.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will:

• Enter vendor invoices, matching them to POs, and processing payments.
• Assisting vendors with inquiries.
• Invoice customers and follow up on past due accounts.
• Reconcile Bank, credit card and simple balance sheet accounts.
• Process reoccurring androutine journal entries.
• Gather documents, prepare schedules, and helping with accruals and additional Month end support duties.
• Keep documentation organized for audits, collect W-9s, and prepare 1099s.
• Pull basic reports and data from ERP or accounting system on request.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar environment and/or a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the print industry.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage are expected.
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a self-motivated approach to work.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
