Compliance Manager

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Compliance Manager to support our integral team at Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP. As Compliance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring we deliver our commitments—meeting contractual requirements, hitting KPIs, and maintaining the highest standards across the site. This is a hands‑on, visible role, working closely with on‑site teams to embed best practice, drive improvement, and protect performance. You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 5 years. What you’ll do: Own and drive contractual compliance and service standards Carry out audits, checks, and KPI monitoring across the operation Support client audits and reviews, ensuring we’re always inspection‑ready Hold managers accountable for audit schedules, accuracy, and documentation Identify risks early and escalate where needed Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance service delivery What we’re looking for: Eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 5 years. Security checks are required for this role. Excellent numeracy skills; strong written and verbal skills. Previous management experience within food services, retail, or similar environments Strong understanding of health & safety legislation Confident analysing data and producing clear, impactful reports Excellent communication and influencing skills Food Hygiene Level 3 and Health & Safety Level 2 (or working towards) Ifyou’reready to join a world‑leading hospitality team and make a difference every day, apply now!
