About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in San Francisco, California, 94102!

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy services in an SNF setting
Help patients improve mobility, gait, strength, balance, and endurance
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary rehab teams
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy plans and recovery goals

Requirements

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License required
Current BLS/CPR Certification preferred
Previous SNF experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
