Position: Quality Assurance Technician
Pay: $24.00/hour
Shift: Train on 1st shift - Must be open to work any shift on week to week basis
Location: Chicago, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $24.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis tests on raw and finished food products, recording results accurately
• Inspect products for proper color, texture, size, thickness, hardness, moisture, weight, etc.
• Check packaging for code dates, proper seals, and correct weight
• Assist in ensuring food safety and quality standards are met
• Support multiple shifts and help out on different days as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing
• Strong computer skills for testing and documentation
• Ability to climb stairs and perform physical aspects of the role
• Attention to detail and knowledge of food safety protocols
