Description
We’re looking for a confident, polished Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that great bartending is equal parts precision, presence, and personality . 

You’ll be expected to move with urgency, engage with guests naturally, support the floor, and help drive the overall energy of the space. If you can handle volume without losing quality, and know how to read a room, this is where you want to be.  

What You’ll Do

• Execute cocktails, beer, and wine service with consistency, speed, and accuracy 
• Control the pace of the bar while maintaining a clean and organized workspace 
• Engage guests at the bar with confidence and authenticity 
• Support servers with efficient ticket execution during peak service 
• Maintain awareness of the entire room—not just your bar top 
• Uphold standards for presentation, pour consistency, and service timing 
• Work as part of a tight, team-oriented Front of House 

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume environment 
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beer 
• Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure 
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills 
• Strong sense of urgency, awareness, and attention to detail 
• A team-first mindset—no egos behind the bar
