You'll help customers understand what their vehicles need while making sure they have a great experience from arrival through vehicle pickup.Your responsibilities will include:Greet customers promptly and professionallyListen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needsSchedule service appointments and create repair ordersProvide estimates for repairs and maintenanceCommunicate technician recommendations clearly to customersObtain authorization for additional repairsKeep customers informed about repair progress, costs and completion timesRecommend maintenance based on vehicle and manufacturer guidelinesExplain warranty coverage when applicableCoordinate loaner vehicles when neededReview completed repairs and invoices with customersWork closely with technicians, Parts and Service ManagementBuild relationships that keep customers coming back to Caskinette FordWho We're Looking ForYou don't need to check every box.
