Posted: 08/30/2026 Production Production Operator* (New Ulm, MN) Shifts: Fixed or rotating, depending on availability Midnight: 11 pm – 7 am fixed Afternoon: 3 pm – 11 pm fixed Day/Afternoon: 7 am – 3 pm and 3 pm - 11 pm rotating Starting Pay Up to $28.01 per hour, depending on job responsibilities

• 1.50 per hour differential for afternoon shift, $2.00 per hour differential for midnight shift and double time pay on Sunday
• 1 per hour pay increase after successful completion of 6 months of employment

High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start) Ability to work 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required Completion of a job-related readiness assessment Ability to lift/carry heavy materials Ability to comprehend, understand, and apply written and verbal directions from standard operating procedures, safety rules and supervisor coaching Ability to wear personal protective equipment in accordance with safety rules Other Helpful Experience You May Have Manufacturing experience Basic computer skills Post high-school education or training Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented work style About The Job Readiness Assessment As part of our hiring process, candidates complete a short, job-related assessment online or in-person.
