We are seeking an experienced full-time Automotive Shop Foreman / Lead Service Technician candidate to join our winning team at John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington! ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you have a Get it Done attitude to provide quality repairs in a timely manner? Can you lead others to a “fix me first” mindset and complete jobs faster than book time? If so, top tier pay is in your future! Essential responsibilities for this position include:

Perform work outlined on maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction
Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and repair in a timely manner
Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in a non-technical manner
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay in line with rapidly changing technology

REQUIREMENTS

4+ Years Auto Technician Experience REQUIRED
Master Level Tech with ASE CERTIFICATION and/or CHRYSLER TRAINING PREFERRED
State Inspection License & Emission License PREFERRED
