Overview Scottdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Scottdale, PA is currently seeking NIGHT shift Licensed Practical Nurse's (LPNs)! We are looking for a team-oriented nurse who is dependable, confident in their clinical skills, and committed to providing high-quality care to our residents. Scottdale Healthcare and Rehab is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the evening/shift in our 35-bed long-term care facility. Position Details 6P to 6A Shift: NIGHT SHIFT Setting: Long-Term Care (35-bed facility) Weekend Availability Required Qualifications Current LPN license in good standing Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred Ability to function as Nurse Supervisor during shift Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Assist as needed to supervise nursing staff About Scottdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center Scottdale healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a family- oriented facility that strives to make our services and people the pillars that set us apart in the delivery of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in our community.
