Associate Dentist

We’re looking for an associate dentist to join Flint Hills Dental Group in Andover, Kansas. This is an established position with an existing patient base and patients already on the schedule. You won’t be walking into an empty column and being asked to build from zero. We’re a private practice with a modern facility, an experienced team and a strong patient base. We want a dentist who is looking for more than a short-term stop — someone who wants clinical autonomy, room to continue growing and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a practice. The departing associate’s January–July 2026 collections would annualize to $170,000+ in compensation using the proposed 30% formula. This is shared to give candidates a realistic picture of the established nature of the position and is not a guarantee of future earnings. We also provide a $650/day minimum during the first 90 days to help make the transition into the practice smooth. We’re looking for a dentist who values excellent patient care, ethical treatment planning and long-term relationships with patients and the team. Someone who wants autonomy but also enjoys being part of a strong practice. Someone who is always looking to improve, learn and become a better clinician. Experienced dentists are welcome, and motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
