We are seeking a reliable Site Supervisor for overseeing daily site operations, supervising staff, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Job Duties Supervise and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building. Designate shift and area work assignments. Manage employee relations and performance issues quickly and appropriately. Document and report to management or HR. Review employee timekeeping to ensure compliance with timekeeping rules. Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify any quality concerns or project work needed; complete and submit inspection reports. Identify and communicate the need for any special project work to management. Respond quickly and appropriately to all customer concerns or complaints. Enforce all safety policies and procedures; immediately report and investigate accidents. Complete training courses as required. Other assignments duties to support operations. Requirements Ability to lead and supervise. Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time. Previous supervisory experience required. A strong work ethic.
