Join our team as a Medical Assistant specializing in Otolaryngology (ENT) and make a difference in patient care.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct patient intake by documenting medical histories and vital signs
- Prepare examination rooms and assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Oversee patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
- Maintain precise medical records
- Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans and post-visit care
What We Need To See
- Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, ideally in an ENT or similar specialty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and standard office software
