Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote, and close new insurance business
• Educate clients on Farmers Insurance products and coverage options
• Build a strong sales pipeline through calls, referrals, and networking
• Hit sales goals while delivering top-tier customer experience

Requirements

• Driven, competitive, and motivated by results
• Confident communicator who enjoys outbound sales
• Self-starter with strong follow-through
• Willing to obtain state insurance licenses (training provided)

• Sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus
