The role will support efforts to increase sales and identify new customers. Locate LinkedIn profiles for coordinators and gather details such as tenure, location, education, and connections to the NJ/NY area. Identify current customers from the CRM system. Determine which companies need less than a full container load (LCL) and full container load (FCL) shipping services, focusing on customers that benefit from Troylines services. Segment the information to assist sales and marketing (e.g., by geography, company size, business relationship frequency). Explore automation methods to refresh this data monthly with minimal manual effort, and recommend an approach for automation.
