Supply Planning Specialist

To support the Holistic Health division, the remote Supply Planning Specialist will manage end-to-end supply network planning for multiple brands, ensuring reliable export flows to over 40 countries while balancing service levels, freshness, and working capital. Key responsibilities: Own the integrity of inbound and outbound signals in the system and resolve planning exceptions Execute dispatch planning and load optimization while coordinating with customer service, logistics, and warehouse teams Monitor and drive improvement on key performance indicators, including Customer Order Fulfillment and Dispatch Plan Attainment Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred 2-3+ years of professional experience in Supply Planning, preferably with an international export focus Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is desired
