Pharmacy Manager

As Pharmacy Manager, you will lead and direct a team of pharmacy staff, oversee all operational aspects of the pharmacy, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care. Responsibilities Manage patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, and regulatory compliance. Implement quality assurance and customer service initiatives. Lead personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow optimization. Display empathy, compassion, and motivation to inspire and develop support staff. Identify business opportunities, develop solutions, and drive growth and performance. Adapt to change, collaborate with partners, and deliver improved outcomes. Facilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride. Apply knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors. Qualifications Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment. Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List. Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA). Listed on the pharmacy state license as pharmacist in charge. Reports required documents to the state PMP administrator where applicable. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree. Additional state‑specific certifications and qualifications as required. Compensation and Benefits Typical pay range: $65.00 – $85.00 per hour (or equivalent base salary), subject to experience, education, geography, and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
