About the Position Part-Time (Casual) Technicians travel to customers’ locations to diagnose and repair their brakes. This role focuses on delivering top-quality workmanship and consistent reliability. Requirements Must own all tools necessary to complete brake jobs on a wide variety of makes and models, including a Diagnostic Scantool, Torque Wrench. At least 5+ years of direct mechanic experience. ASE A5 Preferred. Strong understanding of brake pad, rotor, drum, shoe, caliper repair/replace. Pass a Background Check, Drug Test and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). High energy attitude and effective communication skills. Compensation Commission structure: $50 per axle for pads, $25 per axle for rotors; total $75 per axle ($150 per job on both axles). Additional 167% commission rate plus $25 per-slot guarantee if commission does not exceed guarantee sum. Pay period: higher of total commission earnings or total slot guarantee earnings. Weekly pay via Direct Deposit on Wednesdays. Schedule Day shift, primarily Saturday and/or Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexible scheduling possible during the week.
