Product Manager

We're hiring a Engineering Product Manager to lead strategy, growth, and lifecycle management for a portfolio of industrial technology products. This role will own the product roadmap, gather customer and market insights, and work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to drive business growth and successful product launches. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product roadmaps and growth strategies. Manage products through launch, growth, and end-of-life stages. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to guide product decisions. Partner with engineering on new product development initiatives. Support go-to-market planning, pricing, and sales enablement efforts. Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5+ years of Product Management experience in industrial, automation, power, thermal, or related markets. Experience owning product roadmaps, launches, and growth initiatives. Strong customer-facing, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Technical understanding of industrial technologies preferred. Why This Role: Own a high-impact product portfolio with significant visibility.
