This is a boots-on-the-ground healthcare sales position where you will be: Walking into doctors offices, hospitals, SNFs, and assisted living facilities Building relationships face-to-face Asking for referrals and earning business daily If you are not comfortable being in the field, this is not the role for you. What Youll Actually Be Doing (Daily Expectations) Visiting a referral source (hospital, physician office, SNF, etc.) Introducing or maintaining relationships Following up on patients and referrals Educating staff on our services as a Medicare-certified home health agency This role is about consistency, visibility, and relationship-building .
