Company: Treeline Wealth Management (Ameriprise Private Wealth Advisory Practice) Location: Minnetonka, MN (Twin Cities area – local candidates only) Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 base + performance-based incentives

About the Role

Treeline Wealth Management is looking for an Experienced Financial Advisor to join a growing private wealth practice in Minnetonka.

This role is focused on building and managing client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning strategies, and contributing to long-term growth of the practice.

This is a strong opportunity for an advisor who wants to grow within an established team, with support, collaboration, and long-term client relationships already in place.

What You’ll Do

Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand financial goals

Deliver tailored financial planning strategies

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Collaborate with internal team members on portfolio solutions

Contribute to new client growth and business development

Maintain compliance with Ameriprise and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

Series 7 (and applicable licenses) required

5+ years of financial advisory or planning experience preferred

Experience building or managing client relationships

Strong communication and presentation skills

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Professional and team-oriented mindset
