Qualifications:

• Active RN license (current, unencumbered)
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
• Proficient in surgical procedures, aseptic technique, and perioperative nursing care
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate pre-, intra-, and post-operative care to surgical patients
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to facilitate optimal outcomes
• Monitor patient status and respond rapidly to changes in condition during procedures
• Ensure compliance with infection control and hospital guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and OR activities
