Overview We’re looking for excellent Shift Lead candidates to join our leadership team. The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system. Role titles include Restaurant Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day aspects of Wingstop operations. Direct and train Team Members. Assist in achieving goals driven by the GM and AGM. Help foster leadership development and a constructive, results-oriented team environment within the Wingstop system. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Minimum 21 years old. Minimum of 1 year of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience. Food Handler Certification not required. Experience using a computer and register (POS) system. Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and/or holidays. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Guest service mentality with a genuine desire to serve guests. Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations. Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement. Ability to measure performance, subjectively and objectively. Cultivate attractive culture within the restaurant. Ability to handle numerous duties essential to running a restaurant. Competent in labor management, store operations, and guest relations. Superior leadership, organizational and time management skills. Confident and professional demeanor; inspires trust, models best practices and cultivates morale and teamwork among team members. Proactive problem-solver and decision-maker. Thorough understanding of good hygiene and food handling practices.
